Lentil (Lens culinaris), is a herbaceous plant which belongs to the Legume (Fabaceae) family. Round seed, which has high nutritional value and is green or brown colored, of the white flowered plant is the part we use as lentils. The most known types of lentil are red and green.

Bulgur (Triticum) is a product obtained by cleaning, cooking, drying and crushing of durum wheats according to its technique.
